What we collect
When you submit your claim information through our calculator or intake form, we collect:
- Contact information: name, email, phone number
- Property information: address, ZIP code
- Claim details: carrier, damage type, estimate amount, date of loss
- Behavioral events: pages visited, form interactions (via Plausible Analytics)
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Generate your personalized Recovery Playbook
- Send you the 5-touch email nurture sequence you opted into
- Notify our team to follow up with you on your claim situation
- Improve our claim analysis models (never shared with third parties)
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics provider that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal identifiers. No cookie banner is required because we don't use tracking cookies.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your claim information with insurance carriers, adjusters, or any third party without your explicit consent. We use Supabase (data storage) and Resend (email delivery) as processors — both operate under appropriate data processing agreements.
By submitting the calculator, you consent to receive email from intel@lowballed.ai with your Recovery Playbook and follow-up communications related to your claim situation. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email.
Data retention
We retain your claim information for up to 3 years to support your advocacy case, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing intel@lowballed.ai.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at intel@lowballed.ai.
