Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. What LowBalled.AI provides
LowBalled.AI provides informational Recovery Playbooks and claim advocacy guidance to residential homeowners with underpaid property damage claims. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services are educational and advocacy-oriented.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Nothing on this site or in any communication from LowBalled.AI creates an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
3. Accuracy of information
We cite primary sources for all claims on this site (see Sources & Citations). Laws change. Carrier practices change. While we work to keep information current, we make no warranty that the information is complete or up to date. Verify key facts with counsel before relying on them in legal proceedings.
4. Your submissions
By submitting claim information through our site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are the policyholder or authorized representative. You grant LowBalled.AI permission to use your submission to generate your Recovery Playbook and to follow up with you about your claim situation.
5. Fees and contingency
The Recovery Playbook is free. Paid advocacy services, if offered, are priced at the time of service on a contingency or fixed-fee basis as described at that time. No fee is owed until you explicitly agree to a paid engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
LowBalled.AI and LevelUp Consulting LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on our guidance. Use our materials as a starting point; engage qualified professionals for your specific legal, technical, or financial situation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in King County, Washington.
